It's important for me to feel respected, important, and purposeful. I love having goals! I love feeling accomplished! I love feeling like I know things that others don't. I love knowing that I can make a big difference in the world! I want to make a big difference in the world right now!

People help me to feel more connected by helping me to make a difference! I love when people teach me new things. Not things that they feel I need to know, but things that help me to feel useful and knowledgeable right now! I love to learn with people, not from them! I love to have important roles! I love when people teach me what they are learning! Help me to make my dreams a reality.

I love others by teaching them what I know. I am a natural leader and teacher, but that's because I want to help others to feel important, too! I love you by reminding you that you matter. Sometimes, I do this by hugging you! Sometimes, I do this by patting you on the back! I may try to teach you something I've learned! I may also try to copy you or what you do!
